Dri-Masters Softwash is amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are contracted to shampoo empty apartments at Penn State Harrisburg's off-campus housing facility (Campus Heights and Schoolhouse Lofts) every year. I've been using this company for a couple of years now. I love the fact that they do a dry cleaning system (which is better for the life of your carpet) instead of a wet vac system.  Not to mention the carpet dries faster this way also. Doug and the rest of the guys are always  very professional and their pricing is very reasonable. I have townhome rentals and I like the fact that they schedule me in quickly.  They are in-and-out, in probably around  30 minutes for the whole townhome. Doug was here on time and carpets look great.  We have dogs so he put the pet treatment on.  It took longer to dry this time, 8 hours but with rain and house closed up, carpets look great though.
